About the Role
This entry-level Operations Coordinator position supports the Service Operations team in delivering a smooth and dependable customer experience. The role centers on handling customer questions, coordinating transport services, and resolving day-to-day operational problems. It is a collaborative position that helps maintain service quality in a fast-moving remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Review upcoming trips in advance to confirm all details are complete and accurate.
- Handle incoming questions from transportation providers by phone and email.
- Identify and arrange replacement providers on short notice when service coverage is needed.
- Manage schedule adjustments, trip modifications, cancellations, and service interruptions with providers.
- Escalate complicated operational matters to the appropriate internal teams and track them through resolution.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep an eye on active trips and share updates when delays or changes arise.
- Record provider communications and trip activity in internal tools and systems.
- Compile weekly updates on provider performance and repeated operational issues.
- Adhere to established procedures while also identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination; experience in transportation or hospitality is a plus.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong eye for detail along with solid problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay composed, professional, and effective in pressure-filled situations.
- Well-developed organization and multitasking capabilities.
- Customer-first attitude with a strong commitment to high service standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and openness to learning new systems.
Compensation
The role offers an hourly pay rate of USD 26.50.
