About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you will create value for users by stepping in wherever Solace needs support. The role is centered on taking broad assignments and executing them to an excellent standard.

You will report to the Head of Operations and contribute to projects that are also visible to the Chief Executive Officer. This position is suited to someone who thrives on ownership, works well under pressure, and enjoys turning plans into reality.

What You’ll Do

• Assess task needs and turn them into clear plans and strong execution.
• Take full ownership of assigned work and manage every detail from start to finish.
• Collaborate with small cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business to solve problems effectively.
• Generate several possible approaches quickly, focusing on outcomes rather than attachment to one method.
• Support testing efforts and help maintain product quality.
• Move from planning to execution confidently, whether leading a larger effort or handling work independently.
• Adopt and uphold Solace’s standards so the company’s operating style is reflected in day-to-day work.

What You Bring

• Comfort working in fast-moving, messy, or unpredictable environments.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in consumer startups, banking, consulting, or another high-pressure role that demanded strong organization and performance.
• A natural sense for how to turn an idea or plan into completed work.
• Strong planning ability and practical experience using Notion.
• A strong preference for action and follow-through rather than waiting around.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executive-level stakeholders.

Bonus Experience

• Prior healthcare experience, especially familiarity with credentialing or billing codes, is a plus.
