About the Property

Severin*s Resort & Spa opened its doors in December 2014 in Keitum on Sylt. The 5-star superior resort is designed in a traditional Frisian style and offers the level of comfort expected by guests visiting this special North Frisian island. Role Overview

The resort is looking for a Night Shift Lead (m/f/d) in full-time, available as soon as possible or by agreement.

Your Duties

  • Cover two night shifts each week and step in as holiday backup for the Night Audit role.
  • Welcome and assist guests, including late check-ins, escorting them to rooms, and late check-outs.
  • Operate the telephone system and handle related guest and operational needs.
  • Work closely with all departments across the property.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed quality, hygiene, and environmental standards.
  • Take responsibility for the hotel and its guests during evening and night hours.
  • Check waiter settlements and complete the daily closing process.
  • Carry out security rounds throughout the property.
