About the Role
A Saudi Arabia-based water and energy company in the Riyadh Region is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to support infrastructure projects. The role is suitable for Saudi nationals with solid experience in water transmission and wastewater treatment environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine mechanical solutions that support infrastructure delivery and operational performance.
- Create and review mechanical system documentation, including P&ID diagrams and drawings prepared in AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
- Calculate water system requirements such as flow rate and head loss.
- Assess the efficiency of mechanical systems during operation.
- Perform mechanical analysis and prepare clear technical reports.
- Work closely with management to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance and maintenance programs.
- Carry out risk assessments and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor mechanical work execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Inspect completed work and support QA/QC verification.
- Calibrate equipment connected to mechanical systems when required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Background of 3 years in infrastructure-related work.
- Hands-on experience in water transmission projects.
- Exposure to wastewater treatment projects.
- Ability to use mechanical engineering software effectively.
- Strong capability in data analysis and report preparation.
- Good command of English.
- Saudi nationality is required.
