Role overview
This position is based in Doha, Qatar and focuses on driving business growth in the corporate and commercial segments. The role centers on selling security and ELV offerings, managing customer relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting through after-sales service.
Key responsibilities
- Spot and pursue fresh business opportunities across corporate and commercial markets.
- Develop prospects into repeat, long-term clients.
- Market security and ELV offerings such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and integrated security solutions.
- Meet clients, deliver presentations, and carry out site visits to assess requirements.
- Draft proposals, quotations, and tender documents with support from technical teams.
- Maintain productive relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Work toward sales goals and help drive overall company growth.
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and new technologies in the security sector.
- Deliver strong customer service and provide reliable post-sale support.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in security systems or the ELV field.
- Background in business development and B2B sales.
- Strong ability in communication, negotiation, and presentations.
- Self-driven approach with the ability to perform in a target-oriented setting.
- Exposure to CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, structured cabling, and related ELV solutions is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
