Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar is for a Leasing Administrator who will support lease documentation and lease administration activities end to end. The role includes coordinating day-to-day leasing processes, working closely with tenants and property management teams, and making sure all activities remain aligned with internal policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Leasing Administrator will prepare, manage, and maintain lease records and related documents, follow up on leasing matters, respond to tenant questions, and keep information organized and accurate. The position also involves supporting property management operations through consistent documentation control, communication with stakeholders, and timely resolution of lease-related issues.

Requirements

Applicants should have a solid grasp of lease documentation and lease administration practices, along with an understanding of leasing workflows, property management processes, and compliance expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important for engaging with tenants and internal teams. The role also calls for excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and reliable record keeping. Familiarity with software or systems used in lease or property management would be an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
