About the Internship

ARLaang Technologies is looking for a skilled Language Expert specializing in Malayalam to join their team remotely. This internship focuses on tasks such as transcription, translation, and proofreading involving Malayalam and English languages. It offers an excellent platform to leverage language proficiency while gaining professional experience in the technology sector.

Key Duties and Expectations

• Accurately transcribe audio and video content in both Malayalam and English languages.
• Translate documents and various materials between Malayalam and English.
• Review and refine written content ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and coherence.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high translation quality and accuracy.
• Support linguistic research to enhance language processing technologies.
• Keep updated with the latest trends and developments related to Malayalam and English languages.
• Engage in training programs and workshops aimed at improving language expertise.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be ready to work from home and available for the entirety of the 2-month internship.
• The internship should commence between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026.
• Candidates need to possess relevant skills and interests in language services.
• Women interested in starting or restarting their careers are also encouraged to apply.
• Minimum two years of professional experience in areas such as Malayalam-English transcription, translation, proofreading, or localization is mandatory.
• Availability to join immediately upon selection and possession of a PC or laptop are prerequisites.

Compensation and Benefits

• The stipend ranges from INR 5,000 to 9,000 per month, consisting of a fixed pay between INR 4,000 and 7,000 and incentives from INR 1,000 to 2,000 monthly.
• Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
• Flexible working hours are offered to accommodate individual schedules.
