Role overview
A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a KYC Onboarding Analyst to support its continued expansion. In this role, you will manage the full client onboarding workflow, ensuring that all KYC checks are completed accurately and in line with the relevant legal and regulatory obligations. The position also involves spotting higher-risk clients and handling routine operational issues as they arise.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process.
- Complete all required KYC checks and related documentation.
- Ensure onboarding activity follows applicable regulatory and legislative standards.
- Review client profiles to identify higher-risk relationships.
- Resolve day-to-day onboarding and KYC issues.
- Work collaboratively with the team while also handling tasks independently.
Required background
- Prior experience in a KYC or onboarding analyst position.
- Strong command of English.
- Working knowledge of CDD, sanctions screening, PEP checks, and the distinction between high-risk and low-risk customers.
- Experience onboarding funds, charities, and business entities.
- Ability to perform well both within a team and on your own.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
Compensation
The role offers a salary of up to SGD 70,000 per year, along with bonus and benefits package.

Singapore.
