Role overview
TGI Fridays UK is hiring a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef in Glasgow to lead the kitchen team and oversee all kitchen activity in a lively American grill environment. This role is centered on creating memorable guest experiences, maintaining high standards, and supporting a culture built around energy, celebration, and quality food.
The position comes with a guaranteed 48-hour contract, a 7-day operation, and unlimited TRONC. You will report to the General Manager and take ownership of kitchen performance across people, guest experience, sales, profit, operations, health and safety, and property.

You will be responsible for leading and motivating the kitchen team while ensuring the restaurant’s standards are consistently met. The focus is on operational excellence, a people-first approach, and delivering a guest-obsessed service style on every shift.
