Kitchen Assistant

Role Overview

Takagi Ramen Pte Ltd is hiring a Kitchen Assistant in Singapore to support the preparation and service of high-quality ramen across daytime and overnight shifts. The role focuses on keeping kitchen operations efficient, ingredients well stocked and fresh, and hygiene and safety standards consistently met.

Key Duties

• Prepare and complete food orders for service.
• Make sure workstations are sufficiently supplied and organised.
• Serve food items within the expected waiting time.
• Maintain a consistently high level of food quality and presentation.
• Keep cooking areas and the kitchen clean and sanitary.

Work Environment and Expectations

This position requires comfort working in a fast-moving kitchen, the ability to stay organised while managing multiple tasks, and a cooperative attitude when working with the team.

Additional Requirements

• Food Safety and Hygiene Certification is required.
• Only Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents may apply.
• Applicants who can begin immediately are preferred.
