Junior Visual Designer

Role overview

Mais Prime Associação is looking for a Junior Visual Designer to help shape and polish visual content for both digital and print use. The role focuses on producing assets that stay consistent with the organization’s brand standards while supporting a variety of communication needs.

What you will do

• Create and refine graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Support the development of website and interface layouts.
• Prepare design files for both internal review and external delivery.
• Work alongside senior designers and marketing colleagues to keep projects aligned.
• Take part in feedback reviews and apply revisions as needed.
• Help maintain a unified visual style across all brand touchpoints.

Skills and background

• Solid grounding in visual and graphic design, with an eye for attractive, easy-to-read layouts.
• Interest in branding and visual consistency across different channels.
• Basic understanding of web design and responsive digital interfaces.
• Comfort using standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools.
• Awareness of file types, export settings, and preparation for production.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to receive and act on feedback.
• Good communication and the ability to manage work independently in a remote, part-time setup.
• A portfolio is expected; relevant coursework or internship exposure in design is an advantage.

Work mode and expectations

This is a part-time remote position. The person in this role should be dependable in communication, manage time well, and meet project deadlines consistently.
