Junior Graphic Designer

Your work will focus on producing clear, accurate, and timely design presentations for clients’ accomplishments, often referred to as deal toys.

Key Responsibilities

• Create both 3D and flat visual concepts that present products and designs in the strongest possible way, while applying sound design principles.
• Pay close attention to detail when interpreting instructions, preparing files, checking spelling, selecting correct assets, and ensuring labels, measurements, drawings, and views are accurate.
• Follow established workflow and production procedures, and communicate effectively with the sales and account management teams to support smooth delivery.
• Build speed and efficiency so you can complete the target number of designs each day while keeping rework to a minimum.
• Develop a solid understanding of the product range, including materials, features, production limitations, and feasibility guidelines.

What Helps You Succeed

• Hands-on experience from a Graphic Design internship or a similar field.
• Comfort working on Mac OSX, with strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus working knowledge of a 3D design program.
• A strong eye for design, including typography, layout, and 3D composition, with the ability to turn ideas into polished work in a fast-moving environment.
• A disciplined approach to work, with strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work smoothly with teammates and cross-functional partners.
