Tameed is recognized as the first debt-based crowdfunding platform focused on purchase order financing and is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. The company is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and provides fast financing solutions for purchase orders.
Role Overview
Tameed is hiring a Junior Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine financial statements and ensure they are properly reviewed.
- Prepare management reports for the chief executive officer.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Help design, improve, and apply internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of financial accounting goals.
- Set up and keep accurate fiscal records and transaction files.
- Contribute to the company’s operational objectives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
- A GPA of at least 3.5/5 or 2.5/4 is preferred.
- 0 to 1 year of experience is expected.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Odoo is needed.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Good analytical thinking is important for this role.
- Flexibility and adaptability are expected.
Working Hours and Benefits
- This is a full-time position.
- Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Annual leave entitlement is 30 days.
