About the Role
Hulul | حلول is hiring an IT Specialist to join its operations and maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on keeping the company’s technology environment running smoothly, supporting day-to-day users, and helping improve the reliability and efficiency of systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support computers, network equipment, and other technical systems.
- Provide hands-on technical assistance to employees and resolve hardware or software issues.
- Set up and configure devices and applications, ensuring they are ready for use.
- Monitor information security practices and follow internal technology policies and procedures.
- Manage user accounts and system access permissions.
- Track the performance of networks and servers and suggest practical improvements.
- Coordinate with external technology vendors when support or services are required.
- Prepare technical reports and keep records of completed work.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT and technical support.
- Good knowledge of operating systems, networking, and user administration.
- Strong ability to diagnose technical issues and resolve them effectively.
- High communication and organizational skills.
