Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dhahran is focused on supporting HP printer systems across client environments. The specialist will be responsible for setting up, configuring, and maintaining printers to keep them running efficiently and with minimal downtime. The role combines hands-on device support with coordination across IT and network teams to ensure printers work securely and reliably.

Key Duties

Day-to-day work includes identifying and fixing problems related to printer hardware, software, and connectivity. The specialist will carry out routine maintenance, install updates for firmware and drivers, integrate printers into secure network environments, monitor print queues, and manage user permissions. The position also requires supporting end users, recording incidents and their resolutions, and sharing practical guidance on printer use and basic troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• A strong foundation in information technology, along with experience supporting enterprise printer setups, particularly HP devices, is important for this role.
• Knowledge of network administration and basic network security is needed to connect and manage printers within protected network environments.
• Strong troubleshooting ability is essential for quickly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity faults.
• Good customer service and communication skills are expected, including the ability to explain issues clearly, handle expectations, and provide user guidance when required.
