About the role

The company is looking for an energetic and organised HR Administrator to join its collaborative HR team in Mentone. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position supports day-to-day HR operations and plays an important part in keeping people processes running smoothly across the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, internal moves and offboarding for head office staff, and assist manufacturing sites with these processes when needed.
  • Support the company’s reward and recognition programme.
  • Act as the HR team’s main contact for purchase order creation and related queries.
  • Draft internal communications, employment contracts and variation letters.
  • Help with recruitment activities when required.
  • Improve and maintain HR systems and documents through continuous enhancement.
  • Support and coordinate HR projects and initiatives that align with company culture and business growth.
  • Oversee the Mentone take-home product programme.
  • Carry out other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
