Role Overview
Bloomfields Holiday Homes is hiring a Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day flow of housekeeping work, keep cleaning plans on track, make sure every property is prepared for guest arrival, and uphold a consistently high cleanliness standard across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage housekeeping assignments on a daily basis.
- Make sure all units are cleaned and inspection-ready before guests check in.
- Collaborate with Guest Relations and Maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
- Carry out quality checks to confirm housekeeping standards are met.
- Track housekeeping consumables and linen stock levels.
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning needs and last-minute requests.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in Holiday Homes, Hotels, or the wider hospitality sector.
- Hands-on familiarity with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or similar tools.
- Exposure to housekeeping coordination software like Breezeway will be considered an advantage.
- Strong planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling several properties in a busy, fast-moving environment.
