Role Overview
This full-time Housekeeper position focuses on keeping resident accommodations and shared areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The role includes both routine and as-needed cleaning work, along with regular interaction with residents in a setting where daily service directly contributes to their quality of life.
Schedule and Compensation
Work schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Pay: $21 per hour, depending on experience
Key Duties
- Deliver thorough cleaning support for resident rooms and shared community spaces.
- Help maintain a pleasant, orderly, and safe environment for residents.
- Support laundry services from time to time when needed.
- Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas tidy, stocked, and organized.
- Make sure cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to residents.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred, but training is provided.
- Experience in senior living or hospitality is not mandatory, though it is considered a strong advantage.
- Must be at least 18 years old when starting.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Applicants should bring an energetic, positive, and can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A genuine interest in customer service and resident satisfaction is important.
- CPR and First Aid may be required under local or state rules.
- Must be able to clear a background check and pre-employment drug screen, and may also need to complete additional screenings such as a physical, fingerprinting, and TB test depending on local or state requirements.
- Physical work may occasionally involve lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs.
