Role Summary

The Head of Data & Advanced Analytics will shape the enterprise-wide data direction, manage analytics platforms, and drive the generation of actionable insights. This leader will be responsible for data engineering, business intelligence, and advanced analytics functions, with a strong emphasis on integrating analytics into everyday business processes and decision-making. The position will also partner closely with leaders in digital, operations, and commercial teams.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should bring senior-level experience leading data, analytics, or AI functions. Deep familiarity with enterprise data platforms and real-world analytics applications is important. Experience working in the UAE or broader regional markets is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with the ability to communicate insights in business language, along with strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills.
