Role overview
JSW Sports Pvt Ltd is hiring a Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Bengaluru. This on-site role is suited to someone who brings strong design capability together with a genuine understanding of sports. The position focuses on creating visual material for athletes, sporting events, and donor- and partner-oriented programs.

The institute follows a clean, modern design language and plays an important role in shaping the future of Indian sport.
What you will do
- Create polished social media graphics and reusable templates that stay aligned with the IIS visual identity.
- Develop branding assets for IIS events and high-performance training venues across India.
- Design refined logos and visual elements for special programs and donor-facing competitions.
- Help shape and expand visual systems for new sports initiatives while keeping the output fresh and innovative.
- Work with internal stakeholders to produce a range of marketing and communication assets such as internal presentations, banners, and signage.
- Handle several design assignments at once while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining quality in a fast-moving environment.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with exposure to sports-related work.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Comfort using AI-based tools to improve speed and workflow.
- Ability to develop visual identities with a clean, modern aesthetic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams.
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong interest in sports and familiarity with the Indian sports ecosystem, preferably Olympic disciplines.
Work environment
This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, within the spectator sports industry.
