This role reports to the department Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured according to established processes and quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Undertake general tasks within the Production Department.
• Conduct necessary quality checks as per training to confirm product compliance and specifications.
• Report any product defects or significant issues to the Lead Hand and/or Supervisor(s).
• Document and record all required information and data according to work cards and company protocols.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, perform clean-up duties, and adhere to 5S principles.
• Execute all duties in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills

• Proficiency in basic mathematics.
• Good manual dexterity for the use of common tools.
• Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.

Requirements

• Capacity to meet established production targets.
• Ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy.
• Competency in both written and spoken English.
• Minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and punctuality.
• A willingness to learn and adapt.

Vacancies

6 positions available for the Morning Shift and 5 positions for the Afternoon Shift.

Rate

$21.90 per hour.

This rate is subject to review and potential adjustment to $22.15 following a 60-working day probationary period, based on an assessment of skills and qualifications by Active Dynamics Group.

Shifts may vary, and shift premiums may apply.
