Job Overview

This role is for a French Language Interpreter in a voice-based process for a client offering a permanent work-from-home setup. The position is full-time and suited to candidates who can begin immediately.

Compensation and Work Schedule

The role offers pay of up to 10 LPA, with the final package depending on relevant experience and performance. The shift pattern runs 24/7 on a rotational basis, with 5 working days and 2 rotational weekly offs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately interpret conversations while preserving the intended meaning and cultural nuance.
• Support seamless communication between parties without adding, removing, or changing the message.
• Manage both voice and video interpretation assignments in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Language Ability

• Strong spoken and written English communication is essential.
• High proficiency in French is required.
• Ability to handle interpretation in real-time voice and video interactions.
• Comfort with night shifts and a rotational schedule.

Eligibility

Any graduate can apply. Candidates must meet one of the following French language criteria: B2 certification, B1 certification along with relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in French. Immediate joiners are preferred, and applicants should be comfortable working in a night-shift environment.
