Role overview

This full-time remote position is focused on freight coordination and brokerage support. The selected professional will handle day-to-day freight brokerage activities, bring in new customers, coordinate shipments, maintain client relationships, and help deliver smooth logistics operations. The role also involves working closely with carriers, negotiating pricing, tracking loads, and addressing issues that may arise during transit.

Key requirements

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of freight brokerage and brokerage workflows, along with experience in dispatching and logistics coordination. Strong client service and account handling abilities are important, as are excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The role calls for someone who is organized, can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, and is comfortable using transportation management systems or other logistics software. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related area is preferred, though it is not compulsory.
