About the Role

Sai Sindhu Foundation is seeking a dedicated Fire and Safety Technician to join their team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and compliance of hospital premises with all fire safety regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, and other fire protection equipment.
• Perform regular fire and safety checks throughout the hospital facilities.
• Verify that all fire safety equipment is in good working order and meets all legal requirements.
• Aid in organizing fire drills, mock evacuations, and emergency response training sessions.
• Oversee adherence to fire safety laws, hospital policies, and established safety standards.
• Identify potential fire risks and propose necessary improvements.
• Keep detailed records of all inspections, maintenance work, and safety assessments.
• Liaise with external bodies, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure fire safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency incidents according to hospital procedures.
• Contribute to safety awareness initiatives for hospital personnel and occupants.
