Financial Analyst

Job Purpose

This role focuses on preparing detailed analytical, administrative, technical, and financial reports that help interpret data, compare options, and support recommendations, forecasts, and conclusions. The objective is to reflect the financial position of HMG accurately using data summaries and related findings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh management reporting materials such as daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards, while also spotting new reporting requirements to better track performance.
• Partner with different teams and leadership to build semi-automated templates and tools that improve reporting efficiency across HMG departments.
• Study and apply strong analytics practices aligned with current trends and recognized benchmarks, both inside and outside the healthcare sector.
• Keep business intelligence platforms, databases, dashboards, and tracking systems current for reporting and analysis needs.
• Handle questions politely, share relevant information for the assigned area, and close complaints quickly and effectively.
• Collect, clean, transform, validate, and model data so it can be interpreted clearly and used to support timely business decisions.
• Take part in HMG initiatives centered on person-focused care.
• Help enhance the patient experience by showing compassion, respect, and dignity.
• Carry out any other appropriate duties assigned within the scope of knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.

Additional Information

This position is based in Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site opportunity. The role does not mention salary, stipend, number of openings, application deadline, or start date.
