What You Will Do

The Field Task Advisor supports claims work by carrying out assigned tasks from Claims Advisors to help with claim investigation, assessment, and settlement.

This is a field-based role that involves contact with vendors, insured customers, and witnesses. The position plays a part in creating a strong customer experience by working with internal teams and outside partners while balancing speed with accuracy.

  • Assist FRC and CAT queues during CAT events when requested.
