Role Overview
The Field Sales Executive will focus on generating leads in the field, meeting prospects in person, and converting opportunities into closed business. The role involves relationship-building, coordination with local channel partners, and managing the full sales cycle with attention to compliance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads through field visits and on-ground prospecting.
- Present Aura Fund directly to prospects in face-to-face meetings.
- Drive deal closures and consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage KYC requirements and follow all compliance standards carefully.
- Collect and share insights on local market trends and activity.
- Build partnerships with builders, brokers, and similar local connectors.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to final closure.
