Factory Manager

Role Overview

Al Mutairi Wood Decor Works is looking for a Factory Manager to oversee end-to-end plant activities and drive efficient production performance. The company specializes in commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel fabrication, public facilities products, hospital and laboratory equipment, and custom metal fabrication.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of day-to-day factory operations and production workflows.
• Guide and coordinate the production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
• Prepare, track, and adjust production schedules to keep output on plan.
• Work on improving productivity while bringing manufacturing costs down.
• Oversee stainless steel fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC press brake work, welding, assembly, and powder coating activities.
• Maintain product quality standards and support timely order delivery.
• Build better production methods and promote continuous improvement across the factory.
• Work closely with engineering, purchasing, and sales teams to align operations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of overall manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Factory Manager or Production Manager.
• Hands-on background in commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing is required.
• Experience in public facilities products manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership ability and strong factory management capability.
• Should be able to interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.
