Role Overview

An opportunity is available for a sharp, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support one Director in the Digital Acceleration team. The position calls for someone who can handle demanding priorities, move quickly with minimal direction, and maintain a strong sense of judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.

What the Role Involves

  • Provide senior-level administrative support with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Manage complex calendars and keep scheduling aligned across multiple stakeholders.
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel as needed.
  • Prepare, complete, and submit expense reports.
  • Support projects and help keep key workstreams moving forward.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between leadership and team members.
  • Coordinate leadership planning, meeting agendas, all-hands sessions, staff meetings, and team events.
