Role Overview
Amazon Music is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support two Directors and work closely with the broader EA community supporting a globally distributed organization. This position calls for someone who can manage shifting priorities with excellent judgment, strong communication, and a high level of professionalism.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling demanding schedules, coordinating travel, organizing events, supporting leadership meetings, and keeping multiple workstreams moving across time zones. A detail-focused, resourceful approach, along with the ability to anticipate needs and act quickly, is essential. Since this role involves sensitive information and interaction with senior leaders and external partners, discretion and integrity are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex calendars across multiple locations and time zones with tact and sound judgment.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including room setup, audiovisual requirements, document sharing, and attendance tracking.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Handle expense reporting support and submission workflows.
- Monitor deliverables, follow up on pending items, and keep priorities on track.
- Assist with presentations by gathering inputs, formatting materials, editing content, and preparing graphics and data.
- Communicate effectively with peers, internal teams, vendors, and music industry partners.
- Support team events such as staff meetings, organization-wide meetings, fireside chats, offsites, and other gatherings.
- Help strengthen team culture by extending and improving shared traditions and activities.
- Work closely with leadership, business partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide coordinated support.
- Be available and willing to travel when needed for offsites and events.

Amazon Music is an audio entertainment service that connects fans, artists, and creators through personalized playlists, exclusive podcasts, livestreamed concerts, and artist merchandise. The service spans multiple listening options, from Prime-included shuffled playback and ad-free podcasts to Amazon Music Unlimited with access to 100 million songs, including HD, Ultra HD, and spatial audio. Free listening is also available through the app and Alexa-enabled devices.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional or military experience.
- Prior experience managing executive-level calendars.
- Experience arranging domestic and/or international travel.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime when needed.
- Strong project coordination skills from start to finish are preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- High integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Compensation for this role includes a base hourly wage of USD 25.00 to USD 38.00 in San Francisco, California. The overall package may also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units. Final pay will depend on experience, qualifications, and location.
