Role summary
The Entry-Level Administrative Assistant will support managers and team members with clerical and administrative tasks. The position involves handling routine office work, keeping records well organized, coordinating communication, and assisting with general workplace operations to help ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Assist managers, departments, and colleagues with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a polished and professional way.
- Keep paper and digital files accurate, updated, and properly organized.
- Support data entry tasks, document preparation, report creation, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Arrange meetings and appointments and help manage calendars.
- Draft and share internal notices, memos, and office documents.
- Help track office supplies, handle filing, and carry out routine administrative work.
- Contribute to special assignments and other duties given by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong skills in organization and time management.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
