About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team at Security & Risk Solutions Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of buildings within our facilities. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the optimal functioning and appearance of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance on various building components, including structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, doors, windows, and flooring.
- Undertake carpentry tasks such as repairing or rehanging doors, fixing or replacing locksets, and maintaining door and window accessories.
- Perform installations of partitions and ceilings, along with repainting tasks.
- Engage in floor finishing work, including carpet, vinyl, and timber installations.
- Install and test new equipment, providing demonstrations to clients on its usage and maintenance.
- Address plumbing and sanitary issues, including repairing leaks and replacing sanitary parts.
- Order necessary parts for repairs.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Facilities Management setting.
- Possession of a Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, or Facility Management.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
