Position Overview

Compensation and Time Commitment
This is a contract position offering $50 per hour. The expected workload is 15 to 20 hours each week, and the work can be done remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI models for visual document interpretation and instruction-following tasks in the education domain.
- Create advanced, well-supported tasks with explicit ground-truth answers and clear scoring rubrics.
- Check AI-produced content and refine it to improve correctness and overall quality.
- Partner with subject matter experts to maintain consistency and ensure the tasks remain relevant.
- Operate independently and on an asynchronous schedule to meet deadlines and support model improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in visual document understanding.
- Prior experience working in the education domain.
