Role overview
This position is for a product leader focused on improving the complete digital customer journey. The role calls for someone who can turn customer insights into practical product choices, guide cross-functional partners, and deliver digital experiences that users value.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously tune the digital experience roadmap, adjusting priorities as new customer or business signals appear.
- Speak with customers through interviews and usability testing to uncover unmet needs and pain points.
- Prepare and sharpen opportunity assessments and problem statements before moving into solution design.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint reviews, helping remove blockers and answer open questions.
- Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests with clear hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
- Compile a weekly performance recap covering what improved, what stayed flat, and what actions are needed next.
- Partner with data engineering to ensure new features are instrumented correctly from the outset.
- Deliver a weekly update to leadership outlining progress, risks, and any decisions required.
- Facilitate weekly design reviews, challenge unnecessary complexity, and protect the quality of the user experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- 4 to 7 years of product management experience, preferably on a consumer-oriented digital product.
- Comfort working with data, including writing SQL independently or navigating BI tools without support.
- Hands-on experience running A/B experiments and turning outcomes into concrete product decisions.
- Strong user experience judgment, with the ability to assess wireframes and form a clear opinion on quality.
- Ability to operate well in ambiguity, define a problem, identify an MVP, and deliver iteratively.
- Experience collaborating with agile engineering teams in a hands-on product role rather than only managing tickets.
- Background in real estate, proptech, or marketplace platforms.
- Exposure to personalization tools or CMS-based digital experiences.
