Innovize is a founder-led marketing agency founded by operators who have run real businesses and successfully exited startups, rather than only consulting on them. The team is small and agile, with four people handling paid media, web design, content, branding, and growth strategy, and they rely on AI to deliver the output of a much larger agency.
Role Summary
This internship is designed for early-career candidates who already work with a level of ownership and pace expected in modern teams. It is a practical, high-responsibility role from the start, with meaningful work instead of routine administrative tasks. You will learn directly from the founders, gain exposure to the full marketing stack, and contribute work that is used by real clients.
What You Will Work On
- Support active marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels, including build, monitoring, and optimisation tasks.
- Assist with research and reporting so the team can draw useful insights for client decisions.
- Help design and refine AI workflows that improve team speed and efficiency.
- Contribute to content and creative work from initial ideas through to execution.
- Take on broader responsibilities as your capability grows.
Prerequisites
Applicants must know how to use AI effectively and must have already created at least one AI workflow they can explain clearly. In your application, you should describe what you built, why you built it, the problem it solved, and what you would improve now. Basic familiarity with ChatGPT is not enough; the expectation is that AI is already part of how you get work done.
