About the Role
INFUSE is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Data-Focused Project Coordinator to help plan, run, and close important projects. The position is centered on business intelligence, data handling, and keeping projects moving efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination tasks so deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Apply business intelligence tools to study data and turn it into useful insights and visual reports.
- Keep project records accurate and verify that data remains correct.
- Work with different teams to prepare detailed reporting and support informed decisions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and analytical thinking.
- Basic familiarity with database systems and data validation methods is an advantage.
- Experience with AI-based workflows, especially efforts to improve them, is considered a strong plus.
- Ability to communicate in Russian and/or Ukrainian.
Hiring Process
