Data Entry Operator

About the role

CodeVertex Talent is seeking a Data Entry Operator to keep internal records accurate, documentation well organized, and remote workflows running smoothly. This position plays a key part in maintaining dependable information that can be used confidently for day-to-day business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Input, refresh, and maintain precise information in internal platforms, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Check submitted data for missing details, formatting issues, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Sort and manage digital documents while keeping records aligned with internal process requirements.
• Share task progress, missing items, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Handle customer, applicant, business, and operational data with strict confidentiality.

Required qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organization, and dependability.
• Comfort working remotely with accountability and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to operate effectively in a structured corporate environment.
• Experience handling documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks with accuracy.
• Willingness to work within established procedures and solve routine issues as they arise.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience supporting remote teams or documentation-focused processes.
• Familiarity with common workplace tools such as spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing, or reporting systems, depending on the role.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal systems.

Work environment

This is a remote role for candidates based in the United States. The listing indicates that the position may be classified as either full-time or part-time.
