Role Overview
Staffworks Group is hiring a remote Data Center Recruiter to support a fast-expanding hyperscale and mission-critical recruiting practice. This role sits within a staffing business that has spent more than 30 years partnering with leading employers to place high-caliber talent.
The team is looking for a recruiter who can successfully source, engage, and develop relationships with professionals in the data center construction space while helping fill critical roles across the United States.
What You Will Do
- Own the recruiting process end to end, from initial sourcing through offer and placement.
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines made up of both active candidates and passive prospects.
- Work closely with clients and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Recruit nationally for mission-critical positions such as project managers, superintendents, project engineers, safety professionals, estimators, commissioning professionals, engineers, and field leadership.
Ideal Background
- At least 3 years of experience handling full-cycle recruiting.
- Prior recruiting exposure in data center, mission critical, hyperscale, construction, or engineering environments is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to source and attract passive talent.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
