Role overview
We are hiring energetic, customer-oriented professionals for a customer support and sales position based in Gurgaon Sector 18, Ph-4. This is a work-from-office opportunity in a voice process environment, where you will be the first point of contact for customers and will help resolve their queries with a service-first approach.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional manner.
- Listen to customer issues carefully and respond with accuracy, empathy, and clarity.
- Share product or service details and provide the required support during interactions.
- Keep clear and detailed records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
- Handle work in a fast-moving environment with rotational shift scheduling.
Skills and qualifications
- Good spoken English communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving ability.
- Comfort working in rotational shifts.
Additional information
This role is for a support executive in a sales/voice process setup. The position is office-based only. Immediate joiners are preferred.
