About the Role

This opportunity sits within the Mitre 10 Imports (MIMP) team and is a customer service position with a broader operational impact. In this role, you will act as a key link in the supply chain, helping the store network operate efficiently and smoothly.
You will be part of a collaborative and encouraging team, strengthen relationships across the business, and contribute to high-quality service delivery throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for service support within the supply chain.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails from internal teams in a prompt and professional manner.
- Record, monitor, and work through issues while staying within agreed service timeframes.
- Coordinate communication across the store network and ensure information flows effectively.
- Partner with different teams to help maintain strong service standards.
