About the Role
Tamimi Commercial is looking for a committed Customer Service Specialist to support customers and help create a smooth, positive service experience. This position focuses on handling inquiries, solving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, or chat within a prompt timeframe.
- Support customers with product details, order updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Keep accurate logs of customer conversations and completed transactions.
- Work with other teams to address more complex concerns and strengthen customer satisfaction.
- Spot ways to improve processes and share practical feedback with management.
- Address complaints calmly, professionally, and with empathy.
- Keep product knowledge and company policies up to date.
Requirements
- High school completion or an equivalent qualification is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with good people skills.
- Comfort using customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to stay effective in a busy environment while managing several tasks at once.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and close attention to detail.
