Role overview
The customer service representative handles incoming calls, processes orders, prepares invoices, and responds to information requests. In this position, you also act as a representative of the company and help ensure every customer receives a positive experience.
Reporting line
This role reports to the Operations Coordinator and/or the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer calls.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately.
- Prepare and issue invoices.
- Respond to questions and information requests from clients.
- Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner.
- Contribute to a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Requirements and conditions

Employment details
- Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week or more.
- Monday to Friday, daytime shift.
