Role Overview

Credit Corp Financial Services (CCFS) is hiring a Customer Service Officer for its digital-first lending brand, Wizit. The business focuses on making credit more accessible while practising responsible lending and using modern technology to deliver a smooth customer experience. The role is based in Sydney CBD, within walking distance of Wynyard station and the Barangaroo precinct.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a large number of incoming customer calls and enquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers and relevant third parties.
  • Handle documentation and support application completion so cases are ready for assessment.
  • Assist with verification checks for the loan verification team.
  • Work toward strong customer service standards and outcomes.
