Role overview
Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to support casino guests throughout their visit. The role focuses on delivering attentive, high-quality service, coordinating guest arrangements, and helping create a smooth and memorable experience.
What you will do
- Deliver attentive and engaging service to casino guests while handling their requests and needs.
- Coordinate guest trip details such as hotel bookings, transportation, and dining, and follow up promptly to ensure everything is arranged smoothly.
- Lead guided familiarisation tours of the MBS Casino for guests.
- Explain relevant programmes and their terms and conditions to prospective Paiza players.
- Spot promising gaming patrons proactively and work with the Market Development Sales Team on host management.
- Offer tailored service and build strong relationships with assigned patrons.
- Reach out to guests through telemarketing calls and invite them back for repeat visits, events, and promotions.
- Work closely with teams such as Sales, Transportation, Hotel Operations, Cage, and Table Games to address guest feedback and improve service quality.
- Support the delivery of special events and promotional activities.
- Follow organisational policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements in all duties.
- Take on additional related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- A diploma in hospitality or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Recent graduates and applicants without prior relevant work experience are welcome.
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, overnight shifts, and public holidays.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for communication with guests in both languages.
- Comfortable using Outlook and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
