Overview
Virtusa is hiring a Context Manager to own and maintain the central business context used by POD agents. The role focuses on preserving the repository of business rules, user personas, and strategic objectives, while turning rough inputs into clear, usable documentation.
What you will do
- Keep the master context updated so the agent ecosystem has a reliable source for business rules, personas, and goals.
- Review raw inputs from the requirement agent and shape them into precise, well-structured outputs.
- Spot missing logic, inconsistencies, and edge cases in AI-generated user stories.
- Use prompt-writing skills to guide the requirement agent toward stronger and more complete responses.
- Apply systems thinking to understand how business processes connect and where information moves through them.
- Create documentation that is organized, clear, and free from ambiguity.
