About the Role
This position is for a content developer who can support the training of AI models. The work involves checking how well AI chatbots are progressing, assessing the quality of their reasoning, and resolving issues that help improve model output.
The role calls for an advanced level of ability in writing, editing, and content creation. Candidates with experience in communications or journalism may also be a strong fit.
What You Can Expect

- The work is done on your own timetable, using your own device, from home.
- Pay starts at $25–$30+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus rates.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they generate.
- Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and overall quality.
Qualifications
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent grammar, writing style, and ability to maintain brand voice.
- A Bachelor's degree that is currently being pursued, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
