About the Role

Inverto, part of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and based in Riyadh, works with leading organizations around the world to shape modern procurement and supply chain strategies. The team combines a strong entrepreneurial outlook with a focus on precision and measurable impact, helping clients create durable business value.

This role is for a Consultant focused on Procurement and Supply Chain Management in Riyadh. You will be joining a growing organization where learning, development, and long-term growth are central to how the team operates.

What You Will Do

• Review procurement organizations, product groups, and end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design practical strategies and actions to strengthen strategic procurement and supply chain performance.
• Support implementation of those strategies and help deliver concrete results for clients.
• Work on a wide variety of client projects across multiple industries, both locally and internationally.
• Engage closely with clients through workshops, preparation, negotiations, and ongoing advisory support.
• Present structures, processes, and recommendations clearly, while quickly building industry knowledge for each client context.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by taking part in competence centers and broadening expertise across subject areas.

What We Are Looking For

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree with an above-average academic record.
• Initial exposure to procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting gained during studies.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working in a performance-oriented environment.
• Willingness to stay flexible and mobile, with enthusiasm for new challenges.
• A team-oriented mindset, along with fairness, authenticity, and grounded communication.
• Confidence working in an international setting and business-level fluency in English.
