Role overview
This position is for an experienced Construction Project Manager based in County Louth, Ireland. The role focuses on coordinating residential and commercial construction work and keeping all site activity aligned with plans, budgets, schedules, and required standards.
Key duties
- Take charge of daily on-site activity and make sure the work follows the approved project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and design professionals to share updates, manage concerns, and support good working relationships.
- Track project milestones and confirm that contractual commitments are being met throughout delivery.
- Manage purchasing and materials planning so required items arrive on time and match specification requirements.
- Guide and coordinate the Site Engineer and Site Manager to keep the workflow organised and the project running smoothly.
- Spot construction issues early and put practical solutions in place to keep progress moving.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules under Irish construction regulations.
