Hutt City Council is looking for a proactive Compliance Officer to support safe, compliant, and functional buildings across Lower Hutt. This position sits within the Building Compliance team and contributes directly to community safety and legislative compliance.

What the role covers

You will handle a broad range of building compliance work, including Building Warrants of Fitness (BWoF), compliance schedules, dangerous, affected and insanitary buildings, swimming pools, and earthquake-prone buildings.
