Role overview
This position is for a Commis in a professional kitchen, supporting the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes for hot kitchen and à la carte service.
Key responsibilities
- Help prepare and cook menu items according to the recipes and instructions provided.
- Maintain a tidy, well-arranged kitchen workspace throughout the shift.
